We are seeking an experienced Assistant Person in Charge (APIC) to support the overall management of our nursing home. You will play a key leadership role in maintaining excellent care standards, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the PIC in managing operations and staffing
• Lead and supervise nursing staff and promote best practice
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulations
• Maintain a safe, high-quality care environment
• Act as PIC in their absence

About You

• Registered Nurse with active NMBI PIN
• Significant nursing and leadership experience
• Strong leadership, organisational, and clinical skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people
