Job Summary:

To support the nursery team in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage across the setting to raise and maintain the excellence of the Early Years Provision through quality interaction with the children.

The postholder will work collaboratively with both the management team and part of a team of up to 25 practitioners; assisting with meeting the individual needs of the children whilst sustaining good partnerships with up to 80 families/carers within the setting.

Requirements (Essential):

Minimum of Level 2 Childcare

Safeguarding Children

EYFS Training

Enhanced Up to Date DBS

Evidence of Eligibility to work in the UK

Requirements (Desirable):

Working towards Level 3 Childcare Qualification (NNEB, CACHE, BTEC, NVQ)

First Aid Trained

Food Hygiene Level 2
