Assistant Market Garden Grower - Organic Veg & Flowers

Organic Growers Alliance is seeking capable and enthusiastic assistant growers to join Field 28. You will work alongside lead growers to grow, maintain and harvest a range of high-quality produce using low-till and organic principles.

The role is based near Chester, entails 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday with one Saturday a month in rotation. We offer a supportive team environment and opportunities to develop horticultural skills.
