- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Michelin-starred restaurant, ensuring consistently exceptional service standards.
- Lead the floor during service, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver a flawless guest experience.
- Uphold and promote the restaurant's Michelin-level standards of hospitality, precision, and attention to detail at all times.
- Act as a role model for service excellence, setting the tone for professionalism, etiquette, and guest engagement.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery and product knowledge.
- Conduct pre-service briefings and post-service debriefs to communicate expectations, feedback, and operational updates.
- Handle guest relations, including welcoming VIPs, regular guests, and managing any feedback or concerns with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure exceptional knowledge of all menus, tasting menus, wine pairings, ingredients, and culinary techniques to confidently guide guests.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure alignment between service execution and culinary vision.
- Monitor service flow, table pacing, and reservation management to optimize guest experience and restaurant efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Support training, onboarding, and continuous development of team members to maintain Michelin-level standards.
- Assist in stock control, ordering procedures, and maintaining operational efficiency across the restaurant.
- Contribute ideas for service enhancements, guest experience improvements, and operational excellence.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a Michelin-star or high-end fine dining restaurant.
- Strong understanding of Michelin-level service standards and luxury hospitality expectations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Strong wine, food, and beverage knowledge, ideally including formal training (e.g., WSET or equivalent).
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for hospitality, gastronomy, and delivering world-class guest experiences.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
