The RoleAs Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of the centre. You'll inspire your team, deliver exceptional guest experiences and help drive commercial success while ensuring the venue operates safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example and make a real impact every day.
What You'll Be Doing- Delivering exceptional customer experiences so every guest has a fantastic visit.
- Coaching, motivating and developing your team to perform at their very best.
- Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day operation of the centre.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
- Driving sales through upselling food, beverages, activities and party packages.
- Supporting financial performance through stock control, banking and operational efficiencies.
- Acting as the Manager on Duty across a varied shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
You'll be someone who loves working with people, enjoys leading from the front and has the drive to build a successful career within a growing business.
You'll ideally have:
- A positive, enthusiastic and energetic approach.
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment such as leisure, hospitality, fitness, entertainment, visitor attractions, restaurants, bars or retail.
- At least one year's experience managing people and operating as a key holder.
- Experience in a role such as Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, Shift Manager, Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, Store Manager or similar.
- Commercial awareness with confidence in driving sales and promoting new business opportunities.
- Flexibility to work a varied rota, including at least one late evening each week and up to three weekends in four, when the business is at its busiest.
- Basic salary up to £30,000
- Performance bonus of up to £6,000
- On Target Earnings of £36,000
