Assistant Manager: Lead Team, Drive Profits & Guest Experience

Five Guys in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach teams on the grill and dining area, and help deliver perfect burgers and fries with excellent customer service.

You'll work closely with the General Manager to drive store results, own the shift P&L, manage costs, and create a positive, energetic workplace that reflects Five Guys' values and delivers a standout guest experience.
