Assistant Manager: Fast-Track to Store Leader - New Store

Village Hotels is seeking an Assistant Starbucks Manager for a 12-month fast-track to a top role. From 28 September, the store undergoes refurbishment, reopening as a larger capacity outlet. You will learn the commercial, financial, and strategic elements to lead and eventually take over the reins next year.

You will coach the team, drive brand standards, and manage the floor with high energy in a fast-paced retail environment. A strong personality and drive will be valued.
