Assistant Manager role day to day; - Team leadership - Support and manage the FoH and barista team throughout the day, including managing breaks, hygiene levels and allergen awareness. - Managing stock levels. - End of day reporting.

FoH - Serve customers in a positive and efficient way while being knowledgeable on product and offering. - Be a team player, help out where is needed.
