Job Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail store. You will be responsible for assisting in managing staff, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties

• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets
• Assist in recruiting, training, and performance management of store employees
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support the store manager in administrative tasks

Skills

• Ability to sell products effectively
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
