The Wall Group is currently recruiting Assistant Managers across our eight Belfast sites, with exciting growth plans for 2025 and beyond.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll take full control of your shifts in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience in a senior management role within a similar setting.
• A proven track record of effective staff management and team development.
• The ability to demonstrate business growth or sales development in a previous role.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
