Assistant Manager

Radley College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Catering Manager to support the delivery of a high-quality catering service across our busy and vibrant campus.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality or catering management experience who enjoys leading teams, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. Working closely with the Catering Management team, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the department, support and develop staff, and help ensure a consistently positive dining experience for pupils, staff, and visitors.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
