The Balham Bowls Club is looking for a talented Assistant Manager to join our team.

Only a stone's throw from Balham Station, situated just off the hustle and bustle of the high road, Balham Bowls Club is a delightfully nostalgic social club and restaurant. If you're looking for good time with loved ones, friends, family, neighbours, pull up a chair and enjoy a meal cooked by our lovely head chef or prop up the bar and have a gander at the Bowls Club memorabilia from days gone by.

The Role

• As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
• Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding.
• Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
• This role would also suit an aspiring Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position as you will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

What we looking for

• Must have minimum 1 years' experience as a manager depending on the property being looked at
