Salary: Up to £40,400, base £32,400 plus earnings through tronc.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant management experience (bar or restaurant)
• Passion for food and willingness to learn all about our fresh cuisine
• People person ready to help with staff training, development, and rota scheduling
• Experience in communicating with suppliers
• Comfortable using various systems for day to day operations, e.g., Acquire for stock ordering
