What will I be doing?

• Support the General Manager in day to day running of the business and act as Duty Manager in their absence.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink and service that customers pride themselves on.
• Serve as a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests and keep them coming back.
