What you'll be doing

• Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily front of house operations
• Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Ensuring all service standards are upheld across the restaurant
• Managing staff rotas, training, and performance development
• Maintaining high standards in food, drink, and service knowledge, and sharing this with the team
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless, efficient service
• Driving sales, upselling, and operational performanceAssisting with recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a professional hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with guests and colleagues
• A genuine passion for food, wine, and exceptional service
• A hands on, proactive approach with a focus on teamwork and operational excellence
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast paced environment and lead by example
