Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager at the Cricketers - Harvester, you will support the General Manager in leading the team to success. You will motivate staff, mentor individuals, and ensure excellent guest experience.

• Support the General Manager in daily business operations, acting as Duty Manager when required.
• Use communication skills to train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service.
