As Assistant Manager at Toby Carvery - Willingdon Drove, you will support the General Manager and lead your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver an excellent guest experience and mentor each individual to be their best.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and act as Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver high quality food, drink, and service.
• Serve as a role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
