We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to help lead our team, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the smooth running of our venue.

About the Role

Located in beautiful Tyning, near Tewkesbury, we are a riverside pub and restaurant with three brand new boutique bedrooms, heated pergola terrace, and a popular bar. The Assistant Manager will support front of house operations, ensure guests receive great service, and oversee the venue's daily running.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and motivate the front of house team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Support the smooth running of the venue, including staff scheduling, inventory and compliance.

Qualifications

People focused leadership and strong communication skills are essential. Experience in hospitality management and a passion for creating great customer experiences are desirable.
