Responsibilities
  • Help manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Oversee and inspire team members to provide excellent service, especially the kitchen and front-of-house personnel.
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks, ensuring recipes and presentation guidelines are followed.
  • Oversee food safety procedures and ensure health laws are followed.
  • Organize food production procedures, streamline productivity, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Assist clients immediately when necessary, providing outstanding hospitality and quickly resolving any problems.
  • Help with performance reviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas.
  • Assist with event preparation and execution, including handling reservations and special requests.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated supervisory expertise in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent team management skills and strong leadership traits.
  • Extensive familiarity with cooking, food safety regulations, and food preparation.
  • Experience in culinary positions, kitchen operations, or food production.
  • Experience in hospitality services such as serving, barista work, or hotel administration.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and capacity to multitask effectively under duress.
  • Strong communication abilities to interact with employees and clients.
  • Understanding of health laws related to hygiene and food safety.
  • Prior restaurant management or food service team supervision experience is preferred.
