Assistant Manager - Store Growth & Customer Experience

Starbucks Coffee Company in Tendring is seeking an Assistant Manager to help us deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving commercial results. You will lead shifts, coach partners, manage KPIs, ensure health and safety, and roll out new initiatives across the store.
