Assistant Manager - Peckham Hospitality Lead

Braai Bird, part of the Kudu Collective, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our Peckham venue, working closely with the General Manager to uphold high standards of hospitality.

The role involves leading service, managing a diverse team, and ensuring compliance with UK regulations, health and safety, and licensing requirements. We offer a £42,000 base salary with troncs and strong progression opportunities, with a September/October start.
