Assistant Manager - PCB Manufacturing & Final Assembly

The Hochiki Group is seeking an Assistant Factory Manager Electronics in Hawley, United Kingdom. This role entails supporting the Factory Manager to ensure high-quality PCB production and assembly operations while maintaining safety and delivery standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, technical skills in PCB assembly, and strong leadership abilities. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 15:30, with added benefits including an enhanced workplace pension scheme and access to 24/7 GP services.
