Assistant Manager - Path to Restaurant Leader (Bonus & Discounts)

L'ETO Group in Soho on Old Compton Street is seeking an Assistant Manager who can grow into a Restaurant Manager role. You'll lead a team, manage day-to-day operations and own guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

We seek hands-on people leaders with 2+ years in hospitality, able to drive performance and guest satisfaction. This role is 45 hours per week with a competitive salary and bonus potential.
