Assistant Manager - Lead Front-of-House & Guest Experience

Mission Mars, operating Rudy's at Westfield, Shepherds Bush, is seeking an Assistant Manager to run shifts and lead a high-performing front-of-house team. You will drive guest experience and uphold standards on a fast-paced restaurant floor.

You will work closely with senior leaders on site to optimise team culture, manage labour and costs, and support recruitment and onboarding as the team grows. A genuine passion for great food and service is essential.
