Assistant Manager - Lead a High-Energy Front-of-House Team

Rudy's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences day in and day out. You'll work closely with the General Manager to run shifts, own the floor, and uphold service standards, cost awareness, and staff welfare in a busy site.

You'll develop talent, oversee recruitment and onboarding, mentor supervisors, and drive a culture where teamwork and amazing pizza define every shift within the growing Mission Mars portfolio.
