Assistant Manager - Lead a Fast-Paced Retail Team

Welcome Break is seeking an Assistant Manager for Greggs in Warrington. You will lead the team on shift, uphold standards and ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and great service.

In this hands-on role you'll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and commercial performance, coaching colleagues, managing stock, and keeping the unit clean and well-organised. Training will develop you toward Store Manager.
