Assistant Manager - Hospitality Path to GM Flexible Shifts

Upham Inns is recruiting an Assistant Manager to lead hospitality teams across our premium pubs in Southern England. You'll be on the floor with guests, while supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £33,000 plus a share of Tronc, with flexible shifts and strong opportunities for progression through our development program. We value leadership, service excellence and staff development; you'll drive guest experiences, manage food and
