What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating directly with your team to enhance finance and operational functions.
• Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and regulatory reporting processes.
• Liaising with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and interim staffing assignments.

What We're Looking For

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified 2+ years' post-qualification experience in industry.
• People Management experience is preferable
• Experience in a MNC is essential.
• Proficiency in IFRS, US GAAP and local reporting standard.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with ERP systems is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Working model

• All work delivered from the firm's Dublin office or from home (no client site work).
• Very flexible working arrangements, expectation to collaborate in the office a few times a month.
• Strong benefits package.
• No expectation to be in the office at month end.
