Assistant Manager - Fast-Paced Retail, £27k + £10 Meal

Welcome Break is hiring an Assistant Manager at our Telford/Shifnal site. This full time role leads the on shift team, upholds standards, and ensures every customer enjoys a warm welcome and great service.

You'll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and commercial performance, coach staff on shift, help manage stock and routines, and maintain a clean, well organised unit for peak times, with the training to grow into a Store Manager.
