Assistance in Care and Support ASA (M/F) at 60% The Hospice Le Pré-aux-Boeufs is defined as a social establishment and a place for 117 people suffering from socio-psychological problems and hospice care, welcoming German-speaking and French-speaking clients who can move freely. The services offered are low-threshold and non-therapeutic in nature. The institution follows the following principles: minimal regulated daily structure, abstinence is not required; controlled distribution of alcohol; provision of activities and diversified job placements; no work obligation. Follow-up objectives: reduction of alcohol-related risks to a low level and a decent life despite the challenges faced by residents, who are often affected by multiple diagnoses. To complement our interdisciplinary team, we are looking for immediately or by agreement: Assistance in Care and Support ASA at 60% Your completed training as an ASA or nursing assistant CRS is ideal, experience in supporting people with psychological disorders, dependency diseases, or in a social environment is preferred. Sense of responsibility and flexibility, team spirit, reliability, and structured working method. Good command of French and German. Willingness to work on weekends. Your tasks: Assist with care and support activities within the framework of competencies and work closely with the team. Perform simple checks as prescribed.
