About Our Client

My client is a well respected organisation with strong ethnical standards in the market. To expand the business and plan for the future, they're now seeking for a strong HR professional who can bring in new and innovative ideas to enhance current HR workflow practice as well as act as a business partner to all C-suite department heads in the organisation.

Job Description

  • HR Strategy and Planning: part of and work closely with senior leadership (including all C-suite level) to align HR initiatives with business objectives and future direction of the HR and admin department. Track and report HR metrics to drive decision-making processes and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation systems. Coach managers and employees to maximize productivity and professional growth.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Support leadership development initiatives when required. Identify and measure high potential talent in the organisation.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies. Analyze market trends to ensure competitive offerings to current employees and future talent.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract suitable talent to plan ahead for the future direction of the organisation.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Employee Relations Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on workplace concerns. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment along with the department heads.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 12-15 years of experience of all rounded HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Candidates with a range of industry sector knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the market and ability to influence people of different levels in a professional and practical manner.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
