Assistant Hotel Manager Lead Teams, Flexible Hours, Bonus

Travelodge Leeds Central is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate the hotel team, delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers either Full Time or Part Time arrangements on a 12 month FTC, with scope to develop your leadership and operational skills.

You will recruit and onboard new team members, drive food and beverage standards where applicable, review guest feedback to implement improvements, and manage rosters, banking and safety.
