Assistant Hotel Manager: Lead Teams & Elevate Experience

Travelodge Gatwick Airport Central is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate our hotel teams on a full-time or part-time basis. You will put customers at the heart of the operation and help deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You'll develop personal development plans, recruit and induct new team members, ensure brand standards in food and beverage areas, manage rotas, banking and health & safety, and drive improvements from customer feedback.
