Assistant Hotel Manager: Lead Operations & Service

easyHotel in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead the Reception team and uphold the guest-first ethos. This is a hands-on, full-time role combining people leadership with day-to-day operations to ensure a warm welcome and a great night's stay.

You will work closely with Maintenance and Housekeeping, drive cost efficiencies while maintaining service standards, and support the Hotel Manager with rostering and initiatives across the hotel.
