Assistant Home Manager - Care Team Lead

HC-One - Eastbourne House is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to help lead the care team and uphold high standards of resident wellbeing. In the Home Manager's absence you will assume responsibility for day-to-day operations, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care at all times.

You will coach and supervise colleagues, promoting best practices and regulatory compliance, while maintaining a warm, safe and homely environment for residents and families.
