Assistant Headteacher: Teaching, Wellbeing & Inclusion

Grove Academy is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic direction and school improvement across our all-through setting in England. You will join the senior leadership team to deliver the academy's vision and ensure high standards of teaching, safeguarding and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include leading teaching and inclusive practice, coaching staff, monitoring student progress and collaborating with parents, governors and external agencies to support student achievement and welfare.
