Assistant Headteacher: Leader for Growth & Inclusion

We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking an inspirational Assistant Headteacher for a large primary academy in Oswestry. You will work closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to drive the academy's strategic vision, growth and ongoing improvement.

You will lead major curriculum or phase initiatives, oversee an expanded staff and pupil cohorts, champion inclusive practice, and ensure safeguarding and accelerated progress for vulnerable groups.
