Assistant Headteacher: Inclusion & Behaviour Leader

Coast and Vale Learning Trust seeks an experienced Assistant Headteacher to lead on inclusion and behaviour culture at Esteem North Academy in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will oversee the SENDCo role, handle the Pupil Premium Strategy, and promote a trauma-informed ethos within the academy.

This role involves working with pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs. A strong leader with experience in educational settings and a good understanding of the Code of Practice is essential.
