Assistant Headteacher (EYFS & KS1)

As Assistant Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school, ensuring that vision, values, and ethos are embedded in every aspect of school life. You will support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in delivering strategic goals and raising standards across the school, inspiring and empowering pupils and staff alike.

• A strong track record of teaching and leadership.
• The ability to inspire and empower pupils and staff.
• A commitment to developing a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
• Skills to support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in delivering strategic goals and raising standards.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, as required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.

Safeguarding and welfare: The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. The role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS certificate. Successful candidates will undergo pre employment checks including enhanced DBS, Childcare Disqualification checks (where applicable), medical fitness, identity and right to work, and will provide two suitable references prior to interview.
