Assistant Head Waiter (M/F)/Sub Chefe de Mesa - Great Lisbon

We are currently seeking for passionate and experienced Assistant Head Waiter, to join the team of the Pestana CR7 Lisbon;

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing restaurant staff.
• Welcoming and assisting guests and patrons, catering to their every need.
• Building a network of vendors.
• Taking care of inventory, as well as inspecting both the dining area and the equipment in use.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverage field,
• Knowledgeable in English language (verbal and written)
• Available to work in different schedules
• Guest Oriented
• Quality Oriented
• Team person
