Assistant Head Chef: Lead Fast-Paced Italian Kitchen

Zizzi Manchester is seeking an Assistant Head Chef to lead the kitchen, partnering with the Head Chef to drive shifts, run the pass, and manage high-volume service in a fast-paced operation.

This hands-on role reinforces food quality, consistency, and team development while balancing dine-in and delivery orders. The successful candidate will coach junior chefs, manage stock and labour, control costs, and uphold safety and cleanliness during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
