Assistant Head Chef - Lead Shifts in Italian Kitchen

Zizzi in Maidstone is seeking an Assistant Head Chef to lead shifts, run the pass, and energise a busy kitchen. You will partner with the Head Chef to deliver Italian dishes with consistency across dine-in and delivery channels, coaching juniors and maintaining safety standards.

You should be a hands-on leader with experience in high-volume environments, comfortable with stock, labour, and cost control, and capable of staying calm during peak service, including evenings and weekends.
