Caravan is seeking an Assistant General Manager in London to support the General Manager in delivering outstanding results across people, product, place, performance and profit. You'll lead from the floor, ensure service flows smoothly, and foster a welcoming All Welcome hospitality for every guest.

You'll recruit and develop teams, drive sales and manage systems like Fourth, Harri, Mapal and Workvivo, while maintaining health, safety, and standards.
