Job Description
Popeyes UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front in our high-volume restaurant. You'll partner with the GM to drive guest experience, food quality, speed of service and team performance.
You'll coach and develop the team, manage P&L and costs, ensure HACCP and health & safety compliance, and build an inclusive, energized culture. This role offers a 10% bonus potential, career progression through Popeyes University, and generous holiday.
