• Salary range: £30,000 - £39,000

• Step in as the go to lead when the General Manager is away, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Own and drive the delivery of top tier customer care, ensuring every guest has a great experience
• Keep a close eye on daily operations to ensure all company processes and standards are consistently met
• Support the GM in duties, including room checks and follow ups on action plans and reports
• Act as a hands on leader on the floor - jumping in where needed and leading by example
• Help motivate, guide, and develop the team to maintain a positive, high energy work environment
• Spot opportunities for improvement and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table

• Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or management role
• A hands on mindset - you're not afraid to jump in and get things done
• A natural people person with a passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership when it counts
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are always a plus)
• A good understanding of operational processes and an eye for detail
• Positive energy and the ability to contribute to a fun, team driven atmosphere
