Job Description

OUR OFFER- Salary range: £30,000 - £39,000

- Own and drive the delivery of top tier customer care, ensuring every guest has a great experience
- Keep a close eye on daily operations to ensure all company processes and standards are consistently met
- Support the GM in duties, including room checks and follow ups on action plans and reports
- Act as a hands on leader on the floor - jumping in where needed and leading by example
- Help motivate, guide, and develop the team to maintain a positive, high energy work environment
- Spot opportunities for improvement and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
- Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or management role
- A hands on mindset - you're not afraid to jump in and get things done
- A natural people person with a passion for delivering great guest experiences
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership when it counts
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are always a plus)
- A good understanding of operational processes and an eye for detail
- Positive energy and the ability to contribute to a fun, team driven atmosphere
