You'll bring:

• Assistant Restaurant Management/Supervisor experience in a busy hospitality or QSR environment
• Strong leadership and the confidence to lead by example
• Commercial awareness across sales, labour and stock
• A passion for coaching teams and delivering outstanding service
• The ability to stay calm, organised and focused under pressure

You'll be responsible for:

• Running the restaurant day to day alongside the General Manager
• Leading, motivating and developing your team
• Driving sales, service and operational performance
• Managing rotas, stock and costs
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, compliance and guest experience
