Responsibilities

• Lead the team and ensure the Nando's customer journey is delivered on every shift, across all channels
• Drive the development of your team and spot great talent for future managers
• Integrate into the restaurant leadership team, representing the brand and values on shift
• Maintain operational standards and continuously improve processes in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a fast paced hospitality setting
• Passion for people, food, and hospitality, with a strong customer obsessed mindset
• High energy and drive to motivate and engage a diverse team
• Adaptable to change, able to thrive in an ever changing, fast paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
