Responsibilities

• Live and breathe Nando's brand and values.
• Deliver the full Nando's customer journey on shift, every day, across all channels.
• Drive the development of your team and spot talent for managers of the future.
• Motivate and engage the crew to deliver perfect PERi-PERi to customers in our restaurants or at home.
• Maintain a fast paced, ever changing environment while ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

• Passion, pride and the drive to motivate and engage a team.
• Previous management experience.
• Customer obsessed mentality and excitement about delivering PERi PERi each time.
• Comfortable learning in an ever changing, fast paced environment.
• Ability to spot potential future managers and help develop their skills.
