What to expect

• Free team meals every shift, plus all the Chai you can drink.
• Competitive salary per year, paid monthly.
• A full time role working across 5 days, Monday Sunday availability required.
• A weekly changing rota provided at least 6 days in advance.
• All day dining Café, varying daytime & evening shifts (not the usual always late nights).

So, what are we looking for? As an Assistant General Manager

• At least 1 year experience as an Assistant General Manager in a busy restaurant environment.
• Works in partnership with the General Manager, coaching & developing team members naturally.
• Ready to be the General Manager's right arm, leading the restaurant when the GM is absent.
• Commercially savvy, bringing ideas to the table and eager to grow overall awareness.
• First class service focus; always seeks tough feedback and works with the GM to raise standards daily.
