Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Own your shift - if the General Manager is off, you can feel empowered to take the lead.
- Understand what makes service tick, and take steps to constantly improve how the team delivers.
- Support the management team to deliver the goals for the site and keep driving the site to deliver.
- All service charge is distributed and paid out to staff, even when on holiday.
- Great discounts across the menu with 80% on shift and 50% off shift discounts for all employees.
